A very exciting opportunity for a sales manager at a premium health and fitness club in Bournemouth which is benefiting from a significant capital investment ready for the New Year across the club.

• Thrive in a club that will have high volume monthly sales targets,
• Lead by example and from the front in driving a proactive outreach strategy within the local area
• Coach and lead the sales team to hit both headcount and joining fee targets.
• Work a combination of shifts including evenings and weekends

In addition to a competitive basic salary of 23-25K with a further 9K in monthly paid commission for hiotting both team and individual targets. There are exceptional opportunities for career progression with this market leading leisure operator.
