Sales Manager - up to 25K basic 30K OTE Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire

We are looking for a Sales Manager to work at one of the largest leisure centers in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. As sales manager you will be responsible for:

• Working as sales manager and signing up new members to the centre.
• Lead generation, marketing and promotion within the local area.
• Work with other departments on the in-reach and referral strategy.
• Mnaging and coaching the membership sales consultants to achieve daily KPIS

The person.

• Previous senior sales or sales management experience
• Evidence of high performance in previous sales roles.

Benefits include a competitive basic salary of up to 25K dependent on experience with a further 5K in commission.
