Sales Consultant- Swimming Lesson provider - £24,000+excellent commission

Our client is the leading provider of swimming lessons in Greater London who are now looking for a customer experience focused Sales Consultant to help convert their enquiries into regular swimmers.

The role will predominantly be Monday to Friday from 9-6 with the occasional weekend based in their West London contact centre. All the leads will be genuine enquiries and it will be the role of the Sales Consultant to proactively speak to prospects, conduct a needs analysis, book trials and follow-up. There will be a big customer service element to the role, making after sales and renewal calls to ensure their customer are happy.

To apply for this role you will have been successful in a similar customer service orientated sales role, working proactively to targets and genuinely offering a good level of knowledge and service as part of the sales process. You may be a sales consultant in the fitness industry or similar industry or work in a call centre already. What is paramount is that you have an outstanding telephone manner and driven by achieving targets and commission.
