Operations Manager up to 27K Blackpool

We are currently recruiting for an operations manager to work for a high profile, 3500 member premium health and fitness club in BLackpool.

As the operations manager you will be:

• Working with the GM to deliver the highest possible operational standards, service and customer satisfaction within the club.
• Managing, coaching and mentoring your team across all departments to achieve the key NPS metrics.
• Open and closing, typically running the club whilst you are on shift.
• Responsible for the health and safety within the club including the swimming pool
• Supporting the sales teams as and when required

We are keen to talk to candidates with at least 2 years duty or operational management experience working within a large leisure operation.

You will ideally be First Aid and Pool plant qualified.
