National Sales Manager - Fitness Equipment

Nationwide (base location flexible)

40-45K basic +5K car + 20K OTE

I am looking for a mational sales manager to work for a leading fitness equipment supplier with a global presence and an excellent reputation in the market. You will be covering the UK so an ideal location will be around London/Middle England - targeting all operators outside national accounts including medium and small chains, franchise clubs, hotels, spas, higher education providers, residential and corporate gyms, sports clubs and the emergency services. We are keen to talk to candidates who are currently working within a field sales role with the fitness equipment market and who are looking to progress their career further by taking on additional accountability for new business development.

  • Proactive and confident with new business generation and appointment setting with key decision makers.
  • Build and develop a pipeline of new direct customers achieving targeted revenue and margins.
  • Highly organised in managing every step of the sales cycle, from prospect to customer including tender submissions.
  • To meet activity targets with a minimum target of 12 client meetings per week.
  • Assisting with the design and installation of products and services.
  • Managing and updating the CRM database and meeting activity targets.
  • To attend trade shows and exhibitions with the confidence to present to user groups.
  • Extensive experience, passion for and knowledge of the fitness industry.
