Membership Sales Manager - New Luxury Health Club - London Mayfair

£50,000-£55,000 O.T.E.

We are looking for a Membership Sales Manager to drive the growth of a brand-new luxury exclusive health and fitness club near Mayfair in London. The founder has the ambition to open more sites so this is a really exciting development opportunity to join from the start.

​

Role:

• Support with devising then implementing the sales and marketing strategy.

• Network in the local area to both residential and corporate prospects.

• Organise events and wellness days.

• Manage the social media platforms.

• Work with marketing and advertising agencies and other partners to deliver the marketing activity.

• Develop a membership retention programme.

• Work with the wider team to ensure members have a world class experience with each and every visit.

The person

• Immaculately presented with outstanding communication and influencing skills.

• Luxury/Boutique membership sales experience within the London health club market.

• Experience in proactively in generating new leads and ultimately members.

​

The package includes a competitive basic salary depending on experience and outstanding commission structure taking the package over £50,000 O.T.E. This is also a predominantly a Monday to Friday role and 37.5-hour week.
