Membership Consultant - Cambridge 14.5-15.6k OTE 17K

An outstanding opportunity to work for an award winning leisure provider in Cambridge . I am currently recruiting for a membership consultant to work in a fast passed leisure facility, the site boosts a multitude of activities and is sparkly and new after recently undergoing a refurbishment . The successful candidates will undergo full company training and have the support of the sales and contract manager

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and used to working in a target driven environment, in return you there is a healthy OTE of up to 25k and you will be put on a career development plan. This will be a great move for candidates that are looking towards a career in sales management

Your duties will include:

• Outreach- pro-actively going out into the local community and local events
• Lead generation- Gaining new contacts
• Call drives- target driven times to speak to future members and explain all the benefits of the gym facility
• Member interaction
• Being a positive brand ambassador
• Working with set targets for calls, leads and sales

Ideally candidates will be:

• Passionate about health and fitness
• Confident and outgoing
• It would be desirable to have a minimum of 12 months within a sales environment
• Have been in their current role for a period of more than 12 months
