Member Services Manager Hounslow

£25K + 1Kbonus

We are looking for a member services manager to work for a leading leisure centre in the Hounslow area. As the member services manager you will be working as one of four heads of department within the leisure centre. You will be responsible for managing a large team of full and part time reception staff, managing the day-to-day enquiries and bookings including enrolling participants on the very popular learn to swim programme. You will also coach and direct your team to make a set number of daily calls to members who have either cancelled or who have not attended the centre recently.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience working as a front of house, members services or duty manager. You will have a good understanding of managing both booking and CRM systems and have a flair for coaching and developing your team. You will need to be able to work a rolling 3 monthly shift patterns which will vary between 6.30am - 2.30pm, 11-6pm and 1.45-10.15pm working every weekend for just 1 month out of 3.

As one of the seniuor managers in the centre you will carry out duty management shifts, there will be the opportunity for ongoing training and additional qualifications with the company offering opportunities for further career development.
