My client are a brand new concept on the market, launching in Cambridge this Summer. We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef with Indian experience to lead the team for the grand opening. Full of new ideas, and a wealth of knowledge from the General Manager and Kitchen Manager, you will be an integral part of the success of the launch.

I am looking to speak to experienced Indian Chefs from the Cambridge area who have an abundance of Chef de Partie level knowledge. A minimum of two years' experience of making Indian food. If you have got experience creating Indian cuisine with a passion for developing menus we want to speak to you about this exceptional opportunity. It is important that you are creative, passionate and imaginative, and full of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. This new concept is full of managers who have a huge 'can do' attitude, and we want the same for our excellent team of Chefs.

The role will require flexible working hours, and will encompass evening and weekend hours.
