HR Manager Central London up to 55k

A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented HR Manager to join an iconic brand in the fitness industry who specialise in the provision of outdoor fitness training boot camps. The business has recently been acquired by a well established private equity firm who are actively restructuring and repositioning the busines whilst objecting significant investment and expertise to drive both growth and profit. There are exciting plans to significantly develop their training division and grow their corporate market share before taking the brand overseas making this a fantastic opportunity for a career focused HR professional to make their mark in a business currently employing 30 full time staff and 350 part time workers.

The role of HR manager is standalone and pivotal, working alongside the M.D. you will have full accountability and responsibility for all aspects of the HR function. Initially the role will involve:

Organisational restructure

Transitioning staff from zero hours to full time contracts

Writing Employee Policies and Procedures

Performance Management

Employee Contracts

Staff Training and Development

Recruitment of Managers and Instructors

Roll out new systems and suppliers

Providing general HR advice

We are keen to talk to candidates who have experience within the health and fitness or commercial leisure sectors who want to step up into a standalone HR Management position. CIPD qualified, with a strong generalist HR background, you will have experience of delivering HR within a fast-paced customer focused environment. Managing workloads and prioritising will be key and excellent communication skills will also be important.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 55k, benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and private medical insurance. There will also be a discretionary annual bonus.
