HR & Recruitment Coordinator -Up to £35K+ benefits - Hatfield/Hybrid/Remote/Site travel
Our client is a successful, vibrant, growing gym operator with some amazing health and fitness clubs throughout central England. They are looking to appoint an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support the business recruit, retain and generally look after their magnificent people. This is a newly created stand-alone HR role reporting into the Chief Operating Officer.

Support clubs and central support recruit new talent through advertising, first stage screening through to onboarding.
Provide HR support to the teams, utilising their outsourced HR partner to provide expert advice on disciplinaries, grievances and performance related issues.
Work closely with the managers supporting them on employee relations best practice, policies and procedures, making site visits when required.
Arrange and keep a record of all staff training and courses attended.
Review and update HR policies, contracts, and handbooks to ensure these are in line with current legislation.
Personable, professional with great interpersonal skills.
A self-starter, able to work under one's own initiative.
Knowledge of Employment Law and Employee relations processes and procedures.
HR/Talent Acquisition experience within a similar leisure, retail or hospitality business.
Have your own transport and living within easy reach of the Hatfield Head Office.
Flexible to travel to clubs and head office 2-3 times a week.
Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel.
Passionate about health, fitness and customer service.
