My Client are a market leading operator within the hospitality industry, full of innovation and fresh ideas, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Menu Development, based in Bermondsey. The role will be managing a team of Research and Development Chefs, working across a huge range of cuisines and developing brand nw concepts for a huge roll out plan across the UK.

I am ideally looking to speak to highly experienced Head Chef, Executive Chefs, Research and Development Chefs or current Head of Menu Development for a market leading restaurant group. To be successful in this role, it is essential that you are very comforatble using a computer, and have a huge passion for food.

You will be part of a growing operator, who has huge role out plans and shows no signs of slowing down any time soon. A definite game changer for the industry.
