I am looking for a Head Chef to take the reins of a premium pub with a focus on fresh food and great service. Situated a stone's throw the beautiful Sherradspark Woods it is the perfect countryside setting for this beautiful pub.

The successful Head Chef will be a strong, hands on leader who can motivate and inspire their team and lead from the front. The ideal candidate will have high food quality standards, an eye for presentation, a passion for developing their team, and genuine enthusiasm for all things food!

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all operations. Including the ordering of stock, food prep, team management, stock control, adhering at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You will train, develop, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation.
