My client is a beautiful hotel based on the sea side looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a brigade of 8 - 10 chefs. This is an opportunity to join a very popular brand working with some of the top ingredients around.
The Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a Head Chef working with a variety of different ingredients including Seafood. You must be a confident Head Chef with a clear plan on running a team in an environment that does over 300 covers a day.
- Ensure a smooth service
- Lead from the front
- Train new staff and develop existing staff
- stock take and orders
- Planning staff rotas
- Control kitchen GP
