Coporate Executive Chef - Hotel Group - UK and Europe

You will be required to create a strategy to enhance the Group's Culinary offering in all UK and EU regions.

This role will suit a Hotel Group, Corporate Executive Chef currently leading a multi outlet portfolio of at least 20 Hotels. Exceptional standards and the vision and ability to raise culinary standards in all the Hotels are requirements for this role.

The role will include:

• Extensive travel to all Hotels and resorts within the Group
• The development and creation of new menus
• Inspiring and developing the kitchen brigades in all regions
• Achieving food costs and budgets
• An excellent Dollar paid package is offered.

Experience with some resorts in the portfolio as "all inclusive" is an advantage.
