Up to 26K plus 3K Bonus scheme

Recruiting for an General manager for a 5* gym and pool facility in Woolwich. The facility which is near to completion are looking to recruit a service focused hands-on general manager who will oversee the gym, pool and plant room facilities and a small operational team

This company is a growing business who are looking for the manager to have the passion and drive to influence across all levels in terms of member satisfaction, delivering operational excellence and being able to coach, develop and mentor their team of duty manager's, fitness instructors and spa workers

Candidates will need to have
* Previous experience of managing a facility with wet side (ideally a minimum of 6 months)
* Pool plant trained
* Hold REPS level 3
* Have experience of running small group fitness classes
* First Aid qualification

If candidates have any of the below this would be desirable
NPLQ or Emergency responder
Experience in running a Spa
