General Manager- Leisure Entertainment Wellingborough

£40-£45,000 (£55,000-£65,000 OTE uncapped) + Excellent benefits

We are looking for a General Manager in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire for one of the U.K.s most loved and most successful sports leisure concepts offering entertainment, gaming, food and beverage, competitions and parties appealing to children and adults alike. The role:

  • Customer facing - Available and visible to your customers and team.

  • Team- Inspire, coach and develop your management team to excel and help them progress in the business.

  • Commercial- Drive performance across all revenue lines and implement new business plans.

  • Financial- taking responsibility for budgets, forecasting and stock control.

  • Operations- Ensure the centre is immaculate and fully operational at all times.

  • Service- Ensure guests have an incredible customer experience.

  • Fun- creating a positive engaging environment for everyone within the centre.

  • Flexible- Working a mixture of shifts including some evenings and weekends.

The Person:

  • An abundance of energy, ambition and drive.

  • Passionate about delivering an incredible customer experience and developing top talent.

  • Successful Club Manager, General Manager, Centre Manager or Cluster/Area Manager experience within a fast paced, customer centric, commercial business possibly from health and fitness, sports and leisure centres, holiday parks, leisure resorts, social entertainment venues, visitor attractions, bars, restaurants or hotels.

  • The flexibility in your life to work at least one evening a week and up to three in four weekends as these are their busy trade times.
