Our client is a new exclusive health and fitness club with a unique elite sports performance and recovery retreat that is now open to guests and members. We have been retained to find a General Manager/Head of Performance to:

• Recruit, Coach, support and lead a team of personal trainers and fitness instructors.
• Take ownership of the health club operation and procedures ensuring it is clean, safe and well maintained to a 5-star standard.
• Develop a sales and marketing strategy to attract high net worth individuals, businesses and athletes.
• Manage the sports performance and rehabilitation unit including all the specialist equipment.
• Design, develop and deliver their training products, programmes and packages.

• Qualified to at least degree level in sports science/ sports rehabilitation or equivalent
• Experienced in leading high performing personal training teams
• Seasoned in delivering 5-star service standards within a luxury operation.
• An expert in sports performance and lifestyle analysis and the design of training and recovery plans.
