General Manager Luxury Property Central London up to 80K basic OTE 110K + car

I am looking for a world class leader to manage one of London's leading private members clubs in the heart of London, providing high net worth individuals with a luxury destination including rooms, restaurants, spa, fitness and workspaces.

I am very keen to talk to candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record working at the very top end of the luxury hotel or most exclusive provide members, in all probability as a number 2 who is looking to step up into their first leadership role as General Manager or potentially a GM of a boutique property who is interested in a new and exciting opportunity. Working through a large team of heads of departments you will thrive in a ensuring your team deliver exceptional service in every area of the club whilst ensuring the operational standards, fabric and maintenance of the property are unrivalled in a business that has a huge turnover and EBITDA. As General Manager you will be expected to use your position and network to introduce new members and corporate events and functions building on the iconic status of the brand.
