General Manager - Leisure Centre

We're looking for an inspiring General Manager to lead our leisure centre team, driving performance and creating an exceptional experience for our members.

About the Role

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding results across sales, service, and operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in shaping the centre's success, motivating your team, and ensuring our members enjoy a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example, inspiring your team with professionalism, integrity, and energy.
• Drive new business growth, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience to maximise retention and satisfaction.
• Manage operations effectively, ensuring high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee reporting, projects, and deadlines with strong organisational and IT skills.
• Create a fun, positive workplace culture that reflects our company values.
• Working hours of Monday to Friday with the willingness to cover weekends when needed and open and close according to the needs of the business

Our Warwickshire centre includes a fully equipped gym and swimming pool, so we're seeking a manager who can motivate a diverse team and bring the best out of every department.

What We Offer
