Up to £38k basic OTE £45-50k

We are currently looking for a driven and energetic General Manager to take charge of our Clients exciting and progressive Health & Fitness Club in Poole.

You will be a passionate and hands-on General Manager who leads from the front, as you will be responsible for ensuring excellent brand and service standards throughout the Club. With a strong commercial acumen and industry experience, you will actively drive revenue and maximise all controllable profits in Club, whilst ensuring brand standards are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will come from background of Health & Fitness Club Management and will currently be managing a large scale or multi-site operation, with the ability to influence, support and inspire their team.

In addition to the excellent basic salary of up to £38k, you will benefit from a highly competitive monthly bonus scheme, achieving an overall OTE of £48k.
