I am currently recruiting for a High End, Service Driven and Standards focused small bar group, who are looking for the next generation of General Manages as they go through their transition process.

The comapny are very standards focused, with every aspect of the customer journey as important as eachother.

With British sourced ingredients, hand picked from farms across the UK, food is always a the forefront of this companies minds. As General Manager, you will be able to be part of this, to learn the journey of the food and sell the whole experience to customers along the way.

With the General Manager role, comes the freedom of being entrpeneurial in your every day approach, being passionate about beers, wines, spirits and especially food is a huge plus when applying for this role.

The ideal canddiate will come from an independant background, where creativity is at it's maximum, and responsibility is a given.
