up to 34K basic OTE 40k

We are looking to recruit a General Manager for a leading Commercial Leisure facility in Stevenage, a business that revolves around the delivery of excellent customer service over a large complex with multiple revenue streams employing a large team of full and part time staff.

To be considered you will need a strong Club or Operational Management background in Leisure Centre Management, Commercial Leisure or Family Entertainment where you can demonstrate dynamic leadership that revolves all around the customer, the employee and the shareholders. You must demonstrate experience in financial planning/budgetary control, sales and marketing, staff training and operational management with a very good knowledge and understanding of health and safety in a business that will be turning over in excess of £1m per annum.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 34K there is also a genuine and highly achievable bonus in place that should see you earn an OTE in excess of 40K combined with, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and genuine opportunities to further your career with a market leading operator.
