General Manager up to 41K basic OTE 47K

This is a great opportunity for a general manager to run one of the largest and most successful premium health clubs in Hampshire. Based in Eastleigh, you will be supported by a full team of heads of departments and will be responsible for an overall team of 20 colleagues and working with one of the best equipped gyms and largest Group X timetables in the country. We are therefore looking for candidates who have a proven track record of leading and managing their teams to deliver exceptional customer service and engagement and who have the commercial acumen and operational skills to ensure the club continues to outperform against it's targets,

You will be responsible for driving and leading the sales and ensuring the club hits it's net gain targets whilst across the club to deliver the highest levels of customer service and operational excellence. You will be the type of leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and who will be given the autonomy to drive the business forward through a proactive localised marketing strategy backed up by a significant online presence.

My client offers a highly competitive basic salary in the range of 41K basic with the genuine opportunity to achieve up to 6k in bonuses that are paid out on a quarterly basis along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
