General Manager Docklands 40-45K basic +bonuses

We are looking to recruit a general manager to run a well-established family entertainment centre based within the O2 in London. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record and a minimum of 2 years experience as a GM working with the family entertainment, commercial leisure or the performing arts.

• Be process and systems orientated with a keen eye for delivering labour management, operational detail and health and safety compliance.
• Ensure your team consistently deliver a fantastic customer experience on each and every visit.
• Commercially astute to drive multiple revenue streams including admissions, memberships, retail and a café
• Will enjoy the ongoing coaching and development of your management team and front line staff
• Be hands on, working duty management shifts and a minimum of 1 weekend in 2
• Have a solid understanding of health and safety in the workplace

In addition to a competitive basic salary of 40-45K, bonuses are available, there are 33 days holiday and a range of service based benefits.
