General Manager - Nr Frankfurt, Germany

We are looking for an experienced and inspirational General Manager for a premium health and fitness club near Frankfurt in Germany, Interested candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• A proven track record as a GM in Germany from a premium leisure, retail or hospitality business.

• Strong understanding and insight into the key business drivers and commercial opportunities.
• A strong track record in effectively building, leading and coaching a large team of staff.
• Command respect and communicate a clear vision, driving a premium service and high operational standards
• A strong understanding of managing and driving the sales process in a target driven numbers focused business
• Provide clear and regular business financial and operational reports and updates
• To work on a number of key issues simultaneously prioritising effectively.
• Fluency in German and English
• IT literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In return we are offering a highly competitive basic salary of 80-100,000 Euros depending on experience with a full package including car, healthcare and significant annual bonus of up to 50% of the basic salary.
