General Manager Newton Abbot up to 32K + bonus

I am looking for an experienced manager to work for a large multipurpose leisure facility with an impressive gym and a large wet side operation. Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the commercial and operational performance of the centre
• Grow the DLL membership base through a proactive marketing and outreach strategy
• Ensure operational excellence and the highest level of health and safety
• Drive secondary spend across swim lessons, retail, PT and kids parties
• Lead, coach and develop a large team of full and part time staff

We are keen to talk to candidates who:

• Have the leisure management experience to drive a £1m+ turnover operation.
• Hold Pool Plant and fitness qualifications
