General Manager Portsmouth 40K

We are currently looking for a General Manager to run a large leisure centre in the Portsmouth area and also take on cluster responsibility for a number of smaller facilities. .

We are very keen to talk to highly experienced leaders from the health and fitness industry, you must be experienced and have a proven track record of success in driving forward a multi-million pound business where driving sales and delivering world class customer service are of paramount importance. We will need the candidate to be member facing and highly visible within the club and who has a presence, personality and leadership style to galvanise staff at every level in the club and ensure that the highest levels of member care and operational brand standards are delivered. In a competitive marketplace you must be totally clued up on being able to reach and exceed new membership sales targets, to hit multiple revenue streams whilst ensuring costs and labour are effectively controlled at all times.
