General Manager Leicester up to 40K + 8K bonus

I am looking for a general manager for a large commercial leisure business in the Leicester area. As general amnaegr you will be responsible for consistently delivering an outstanding experience for the thousands of members and guests who come to the venue each week. We are looking for an engaging leader and coach who will put the team at the heart of everything they do, who will thrive in a role where you are guest facing and who will be hands on across multiple departments including front of house, entertainment, hospitality and day to day operations. Commercially astute you will be working for a market leader with well established and set ways of working.

We are keen to talk to candidates looking to further their career who have a proven track record in managing and leading teams from hospitality, health and fitness or commercial leisure. The role will involve a combination of shifts with peak trading taking place in the evening and at weekends. In addition to a competitive basic there is the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to 20% of the basic salary.
