We are currently looking for a General Manager to run one of the largest and most successful family orientated Health and Racquets Club in Southend. This premium club generates a turnover in excess of £5 m offering the successful candidate the opportunity to manage a premium business with multiple revenue streams across membership, food and beverage, retail, conference and banqueting, sports coaching and children's activities.

We are very keen to talk to highly experienced General Managers who are interested in transferring their skills into the premium leisure market. You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in driving forward a multi-million pound business where delivering world class customer service and being able to engage and lead your staff at every level of the operation to achieve this are of paramount importance. You will therefore be the type of leader who thrives in an environment where they can be front of house, who are given the autonomy and responsibility to invest in their business and their team, to have fun and to reap the financial rewards for outperforming against challenging targets where your bonus is based on your clubs performance and not a group target.
