Fitness Studio Manager - London Aldgate - £26,000 pro-rata + classes+ personal training

Our client is an exciting new boutique fitness concept offering the latest class and gym innovations in an ultra-cool environment.

We are looking for a Fitness Studio Manager to manage the group exercise time table, manage the free-lance instructors and personal trainers and also be super hands-on so engaging with members and prospects and teaching some classes. You will also manage the social media for the club, building a strong community of like-minded fitness enthusiasts.

This is a 30-hour a week role with the expectation that the post holder will teach 5-classes per week as part of their paid hours but will have the opportunity to teach classes and personal train outside of these hours receiving 100% of the income they generate. The pro-rata salary equates to £20,000 for 30-hours.

To apply you will be a real fitness and class enthusiast so you will be REPS level 3 qualified and qualified teach a variety of classes. You will have some leadership experience as a Lead Coach, Senior Fitness Instructor, Fitness Manager or Group-Exercise Coordinator and have a willingness to further develop your management skills.
