Fitness Manager 25K basic 30K+ OTE Blackpool

We are currently recruiting for a fitness manager to work for a high profile, 3500-member premium health and fitness club in Blackpool. As fitness manager you will be working with a high spec gym and leading your team of instructors and personal trainers to deliver the highest levels of member engagement on the gym floor whilst also managing the group ex coordinator who oversees a comprehensive range of both instructor lead and virtual classes.

Working as a senior member of the management team within the club you will also have responsibility for overseeing both front of house and sales as a senior manager within the club it will provide an excellent platform for future career development within the business. With up to 700 swipes per day this is a high footfall club and both members and guests have high expectations with regards to service delivery. Commercially you will be responsible for driving secondary spend through personal training and working with your group ex coordinator ensuring that the group ex timetable is optimised.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who is level 3 qualified and who has had 2 years' experience managing. Supporting and leading a team of fitness professionals to deliver a first-class member experience.

In addition to a basic salary of 25K you will also be able to take classes on shift and to personal train outside your core hours. Ass such a 30K +package is very realistic.

You will be working a combination of shifts and typically one weekend in 2, so being able to get to Blackpool for a 5am start and to get home from an 11pm close is essential.
