Fitness Manager Elstree 27k Basic 32K OTE

We are looking for a fitness manager on Elstree to work at one of the best premium private members health clubs in the area. The club has 4000+ members, an awesome gym with the latest Technogym equipment, a 100+ class studio timetable offering the full range of Les Mills programs with pool, sauna and steam room. The penetration of personal training is one of the highest in the group. As fitness manager you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of 10 personal trainers and fitness instructors in addition to overseeing the group x coordinator and a large team of GX instructors. You will work very closely with the club manager and be a senior member of the management team in the club. The club is recognized internally as being a great platform to further your career within the business providing genuine opportunities for significant career development.

We are looking for candidates who have the presence, confidence and personality to lead your fitness team and deliver an outstanding member experience across the club. You will have the opportunity to personal train and take classes on top of your management position providing the opportunity to earn a further 5K on top of the 27K salary.
