Fitness Manager Wilmslow up to 30K

A high profile opportunity at a premier fitness club in Wilmslow where we are looking for a fitness manager to manage the member experience across both the gym floor and multiple studios in a club that has recently undergone a major refurbishment making it the most cutting edge space in the region. Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the fitness product and people to implement real change to the member experience
• Innovate and lead on bringing in new ideas, concepts and ways of working
• Drive commerciality across the whole fitness and studio product mix of classes, PT and events.
• Lead, coach, inspire and support a large team of fitness instructors and personal trainers to achieve great things every day.
• Work with other departments to ensure that members are taking full advantage of all the activities and services the club offers.
• As a key HOD support the General Manager with the overall running of the club.
