Fitness Club Manager Walsall 35K basic 41K OTE

This is a great opportunity for a club manager to run a well-established and successful premium health club in Walsall. You will be supported by three senior managers responsible for fitness, sales and operations and be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of 20 colleagues . You will be working with one of the best equipped gyms in the area with a pool and 3 studios offering the full range of Les Mills classes on the studio timetable. We are keen to hear from candidates who have a proven track record in the fitness industry as a club manager or who are currently an AGM from a premium fitness brand looking to take on your first club management position.

You will be responsible for driving and leading the sales team and ensuring the club hits their monthly targets, you will be supported at head office by a very strong digital and website presence. Operationally you will ideally have experience of pool plant operations and for health and safety and for carrying out risk assessments to deliver their ways of working and premium brand standards As the club manager you will own your P and L, be member facing and will be contracted for a 45-hr working week, typical shifts will see you working 9-7pm from Monday to Wednesday and then doing one early or late shifts and a mid-shift. On average you are likely to be working 1 weekend in 3.

The position offers a basic salary of 35K with the genuine opportunity to achieve a further 6k in bonuses that are paid out on a quarterly basis along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
