Duty Manager - Stockport 20k

I am currently looking for a duty manager to join an award winning leisure operator in Stockport. Duties will include

• To ensure the efficient day to day operation of the centre
• To ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and health and safety
• Responsibility on shift for all areas including sales, front of house, the gym and wetside areas.
• Deliver a consistent high quality customer experience and manage any operational challenges/complaints.
• Responsible for all aspects of banking and cash collection when on shift
• An ability to work a shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays

We are keen to talk to candidates who have

• Previous experience as a senior recreation attendant or duty manager within Leisure
• Leadership qualities
• NPLQ and First Aid at Work Qualified
