An exciting opportunity for a duty manager to work for a premium private members fitness club in Guildford. The club has benefited from a substantial investment in upgrading the club and all the facilities. The club offers a well-equipped gym, 100 class studio timetable and swimming pool and is expected to build towards a membership base of 2000. As duty manager you will be hands on and very much member facing.

You will be responsible for opening and closing, the early shift would be 5.45 to 2.45 and the late shift from 2.30pm to 10.30pm with a later start and earlier finish on weekends. You would be required to work a minimum of 1 weekend in 3. You will be carrying out pool tests and supporting the sales team with both enquiries and tours as and when required as well as engaging and supporting members during their time in the club. A first aid qualification and pool plant experience is desirable.
