LifeLab® are about to launch their first club in KAFD in the heart of Riyadh's financial and commercial district. The 3000m² club offers a groundbreaking and data driven health and wellness proposition linking world class Fitness and Clinical Provision across a cutting-edge gym, private gym, ladies only gym and 3 studios alongside a wide range of preventative health support, diagnostics, oxygen and cryogenic chambers. Monthly memberships are priced at between £275 and £3000/month reflecting the exceptional facilities and expertise of the team that turns movement, recovery, nutrition, mindset, and connection into a measurable, scalable system.

With significant funding and backing there are advanced plans to scale Life Lab to multi-city and international expansion across the GCC.

As Director of Wellness, you will own the fitness and Group Ex offer within the club and will work very closely with The Clinical Director and the Co-Founders.

• Architect LifeLab's unified 12-week wellness methodology and signature programs.
• Partner with the Clinical team to integrate medical pathways into coaching programs.
• Deliver exceptional member outcomes and successes.
• Recruit coach and lead of team of 8 elite personal trainers and instructors.
• Support the Head of Group X with programming and delivery of the timetable.
• Oversee an exceptional new member journey with multiple touch points
• Build global coaching standards, playbooks, and QA frameworks.
• Own wellness outcomes, dashboards, and measurable member impact
• Drive innovation across modalities, recovery tech, and partnerships
• An opportunity to Personal Train select VIP clients.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head of Fitness ideally working for a premium health and wellness club with a significant corporate membership base. GCC experience and new openings experience are desirable but not essential.

The position is offered on a 48-hour contract per week, working 6 days/ week. It is a 2-year contract with one return home flight per annum. Annual holiday entitlement is 21 days plus the 10 bank holidays in KSA. You will receive private medical as standard. The position is offered tax free offering the successful candidate the opportunity to save a significant tax-free sum. There is the potential to earn an additional annual bonus of up to 10% of the basic salary linked to achieving a balanced scorecard including commercial, NPS and operational metrics.

The position is ideally suited to an individual or a couple and if both work in the fitness industry then every effort will be made to secure work for the partner.
