Digital Marketing Manager New Venue Lakeside 30K basic OTE 45K

We have a hugely exciting opportunity for a digital marketing manager to launch a brand new family leisure attraction in Lakeside, Essex.

We are keen to talk to hands on marketing who has a minimum of 18 months working in a similar role within retail, health and fitness, family entertainment or commercial leisure. The role will be multi-functional, fast paced and hands-on role and will cover the full customer journey, from developing and implementing the marketing strategy, overseeing content creation, driving both digital and print campaigns, monitoring ROI and pushing the creative output. You will work closely with the GM and Sales Manager and within the wider business, replicating previous success and constantly looking to innovate and create new partnerships. We are looking for a creative individual who will thrive in a role where there is huge autonomy but an overriding demand to launch ongoing plan and strategies throughout the calendar that will translate into target beating sales, referral and repeat business. You will need first class copy writing skills, a detailed knowledge of marketing across a digital channels and be able to effectively time manage and to work at pace. A formal marketing qualification is desirable.
