Membership consultant/ Customer service sales

Salary £16,300k -£19,200k

We are looking for customer advisors to join a fitness club. As a customer advisor you will be pivotal to the continued growth of the business and success of the sales teams.

This role will involve telephone and admin work so please be ready for a fun-filled and action packed planning and service support role in a vibrant and energetic company. Appointment setting for new and existing customers, outbound calling, providing launch support, data information, customer insights and customer service are all important elements of the role.

We are keen to talk to candidates who are passionate about health and fitness and come from a strong fitness background. Ability to understand and follow sales & club performance processes and systems is essential for this role. We are looking for candidates who have worked towards targets and KPIs; excellent attention to detail as well as someone who has the ability and desire to work in a fast paced, changing environment. The ability to build strong relationships and to have first class interpersonal and communication skills is key. We are looking for a high achieving individual who is ambitious and career focused and wants to join a high performance team at the cutting edge of the health and fitness industry.
