Cluster General Manager - Entrepreneurial Gym Operator - Northwest England

£35,000 +£10,000 bonus+ excellent benefits

We are working with an entrepreneurial health and fitness operator with a genuine purpose to improve the wellness of their customers, to find a Cluster General Manager who can take the reins of two of their health and fitness clubs in the Northwest of England.

​

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and inspire your teams, instilling a culture of service excellence and a drive for results.

• Drive membership sales through the delivery of lead generation campaigns and implementing a slick sales process.

• Manage and enhance their fitness and service offering to maximise participation and improve retention.

• Full profit and loss accountability across the businesses.

• Ensure the facilities are clean, safe, well maintained and compliant to regulatory standards.

• Working collaboratively with all key stakeholders across the senior team, supporting on new projects when required.

The person:

• Great people manager, able to get the best out of individuals to realise their full potential.

• General Manager, Club Manager, Commercial Manager, Cluster Manager or Centre Manager experience within a commercial fitness/gym operation.

• Experience in lead generation through the creation and delivery of in-reach and outreach campaigns.

• Proven track record in growing net member movement.

• Budgeting experience.

• Living in in the Northwest ideally between Runcorn and Preston

• Have your own transport and prepared to travel between clubs.
