Club Manager

Up to 30K OTE 40K

I am recruiting for an exceptional Club Manager to manage a fitness gym in the Warrington area . The role has overall responsibility for operations, sales and ensuring members service expectations and fitness goal are met. Managing a two head of departments you will need to be hands on and a real 'face' of the club- stopping at nothing to make the club successful! You will be rewarded with a salary of up to 30K and 38KOTE based on clubs performance. The role is demanding but very rewarding and full training will be provided in the form of a residential course

Your main duties will include:
*Achieving monthly sales targets- with forward planning of outreach events and driving daily KPI's
* Ensuring daily operations and H&S checks are completed and auctioning any non-compliance
* Developing your team with coaching and goal setting
* PT management

I am keen to speak to individuals who are driven and have experience of sales and KPI driven roles, operations and it would be desirable if they have previously worked in the fitness industry although not essential
You will need to be available to work a shift pattern with weekend work and bank holidays
