Club Manager/Lead Trainer (boutique fitness studio) 30K

We are looking for a hands on personal trainer/manager to take full responsibility for the commercial success of a band new boutique fitness studio that is opening soon in Bow, East London. The studio revolves around a combination of small group classes focusing on boxing and kick boxing although experience in these disciplines is not a prerequisite for the role of lead trainer/club manager. It's a brand new opening so you'll be leading on the pre-sale so you will need to have the confidence and ability to sell and promote the member experience through generating leads locally and converting enquiries and leads from both the search engine optimisation and social media sites whilst also being very hands on in delivering small group training sessions throughout the shift. You will work with another trainer who will be your assistant manager and you will be fully responsible for setting the tone and atmosphere amongst a membership base of typically young professionals and millennials who seek a high quality fitness experience that the boutiques gyms provide. Whilst 80% of your time will be spent motivating and training members when the studio is open you will also be responsible for achieving new members sales targets and ensuring the operational standards and health and safety are upheld throughout the studio.
