I am recruiting for an exceptional Club Manager to manage a fitness gym in the Peterborough area . The role has overall responsibility for operations, sales and ensuring members service expectations and fitness goals are met. Managing an assistant manager and fitness team you will need to be hands on and a real 'face' of the club- stopping at nothing to make the club successful! The role is suitable for a sales manager/assistant manager that is looking to step up. You will be rewarded with a salary of up to 24K and have the opportunity to grow within the growing network. The role is demanding but very rewarding and full training will be provided.

Your main duties will include:
*Achieving monthly sales targets- with forward planning of outreach events and driving daily KPI's
* Ensuring daily operations and H&S checks are completed
* Developing your team with coaching and goal setting
* PT management

I am keen to speak to individuals who are driven and have experience of sales and KPI driven roles, operations and it would be desirable if they have previously worked in the fitness industry although not essential-
You will need to be available to work a shift pattern with weekend work and bank holidays
