The Spa Therapist role predominately involves performing our exclusive range of 6* Holistic Treatments to the most discerning of Spa guests. Experience of providing after care and working towards Retail targets is also a requirement for the role. The ideal candidate for this should ideally have 2-3 years experience as a Spa Therapist preferably within a 5* environment. A CIDESCO/CIBTAC or BTEC qualification would be desirable but not essential, we will review NVQ Level 3 candidates on merit of their career history to date. The role also requires some flexibility in terms of working hours as our operating hours cover weekends and late evenings, covering a 45-hour working week. Within the scope of the Spa Therapist role there is an expectation to support our Reservations desk as required and therefore general IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
