Assistant Manager- Coffee Shop - Bedford - £21-23K with benefits

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for a Coffee shop in Bedford attached to a leisure complex. This is no ordinary Assistant Manager post because you would report into the leisure complex General Manager so will give the post holder some exposure to taking ownership for the coffee shop in its entirety.

To apply we would like to see applicants who have already worked in a coffee shop environment as a manager so you will have gained exposure to leading small teams, writing schedules, cashing up, opening/closing, stock control as well as having a sound understanding of how to run the operation including the food hygiene and health and safety implications of running a store. Candidates need to be able to work flexible hours as some shifts will be required including weekends.
