Area fitness managers

Up to 31K OTE 10K

I am currently recruiting for an area manager for outdoor fitness concept. The role is looking for a strong fitness manager who can not only be the face of the company and deliver exceptional classes but also be able to run the business operations. The role pays up to 31K and comes with an exceptional bonus scheme of up to 10K annually. The role would be most suited to candidates that have worked as head of departments for fitness or general managers who are still eager to teach.

This roles offer you the opportunity to manage your sites as part of a UK-wide organisation that is set for expansion in 2019. Reporting to the national manager , you'll be responsible for delivering and developing a high-quality service and a successful business model. While managing a team of coaches you will oversee their development and look after the day to day operations.

To be applicable for this role you must:

• Have managed a team of fitness professional
• Have managed budgets and staffing costings
• Have managed marketing for classes and programmes ( Ideally with social media exposure)
• Be a car owner
• Be level 3 qualified
