Area Business Manager - Southwest London/Remote/Hybrid

Up to £45,000 + 10% bonus + travel + benefits.

We are looking for an Area Business Manager to oversee the operational and commercial success of 6+ swim schools in pools rented across Southwest London, whilst striving to grow the region through business development and bringing on board new pool partnerships.

Our client is an internationally recognised award-winning brand in swimming tuition who continue to grow on a grand scale and have a highly skilled head office support team who will give you the support and training to flourish, so this is a great time to be joining them.

You DO NOT have to be a qualified swimming teacher to be considered for this role, but you must have an appreciation for the benefits of learning to swim/water confidence and a proven track record in growing a commercial leisure/sports/fitness/gym business operation as a business leader, possibly as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Contract Manager, Partnership Manager, Business Manager, Cluster Manager, Health Club Manager, Sports Centre Manager, General Manager, Aquatics Manager, Sport & Activities Manager or Swimming Development Manager.

Benefits Include:

  • Starting salary of up to £45,000 with opportunity to increase this as the region and revenue grows (up to a maximum of £55,000).

  • 10% annual bonus based on achieving budgeted revenue.

  • All travel expenses paid.

  • Working from home circa 3 days week, visiting sites/colleagues/partners circa 2-days week.

  • 37-hour working week with flexible working (Note; being on call/working some weekends will be required).

  • Up to 6 weeks training, including completing courses in swimming product, pool plant operations, health and safety; spending time at Head Office with key senior team leaders, shadowing other regions, spending time with your team and clients.
