Training Manager
An experienced Hotel Training, Learning and Development Manager is required for a luxury Hotel.
The Training Manager will:
- Manage all training and development activities and opportunities for employees
- Manpower planning
- Compile strategic training plans
- Conduct analysis, evaluation and training audits
- Develop training progress
- Supervise, inspire, engage, coach and train the Hotel team
