Spa Telesales Consultant
£20k basic - £23-24k OTE
I am currently looking for an experienced and driven Telesales Consultant to work for a leading Holiday Park and Spa operator at one of their parks based in Devon.
This position is ideally suited to a candidate with a minimum of 12 months' experience working in a Telesales or Sales role within a Health and Fitness or Spa setting, who is looking to join a well-established family run operation with a great reputation for the ongoing training, development and progression of their team.
Your responsibilities as a Telesales Consultant will include:
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the Spa Team
- Proactively follow up leads generated to convert into appointments or members
- Target groups and develop corporate incentives to optimise sales opportunities
- To be an expert of your Spa & Leisure facilities, events and promotions
You will be a hands on sales person, who will be proactive in generating and following up local leads and who has the drive and ambition to beat and exceed their sales targets whilst working with complete integrity and to brand standards.
